Refund Policy
To cancel or reschedule a booked lesson, you must contact us by 8:00 PM on the day before the lesson. Cancellations or changes made on the day of the lesson will be charged the lesson fee.
Before Class Starts
100% refund upon cancellation.
After Class Starts
- For private lessons, a 50% refund is available if you cancel by the end of the second lesson after the course begins. (If you registered at a promotional discounted price, the refund is 50% of the regular price because the promotional study period has not been completed.)
- No refund for cancellations from the third lesson onward.
Refunds Provision
| If you need to change or cancel a scheduled class, you have to inform your teacher at least one day’s notice, no later than 8pm the day before class. If you give notice any later than that, you have to pay for the canceled class in full. |

– If you cancel a class within a week of the beginning of the class, you will receive a 50% refund.
(However, if you registered for the class at a promotional discount price, you will only receive a 50% refund of the regular price because you did not complete the promotional learning period.)
– If you cancel a class after a week of the beginning of the class, there is no refund.
– No class cancellation or class change is possible if the class is opened with 3 or fewer students. |
