Refund Policy
If you miss a class, you may take a make-up class in another regular class within your registration period; depending on the class, the make-up class may be at a different level.
Before Class Starts
100% refund upon cancellation.
After Class Starts
- 50% refund if canceled on or before the last scheduled class day of the first week after classes begin. (If you registered at a promotional discounted price, the refund is 50% of the regular price, not 50% of the promotional price, because the promotional study period has not been completed.)
- No refund for cancellations made after the last scheduled class day of the first week after classes begin.
- If a class opens with three or fewer students, refunds and class changes are not available.
- If there are three or fewer students, the class may be changed to a private class, or the number of class days and class hours may be reduced.
- Tuition transfer fees will be deducted from refunds.
