Refunds Provision
| – If a class is missed, you may attend a substitute class in another regular course within the registration period, but depending on the course, you may have to attend a different level. – If there are 3 or fewer students, the class may be changed to a one-on-one lesson, or the number of class days and class duration may be reduced. |

| Before it begins | If you cancel, you will receive a 100% refund |
| After it begins | – If you cancel a class within a week of the beginning of the class, you will receive a 50% refund. However, if you registered for the class at a promotional discount, you will only receive a 50% refund of the regular price, as the promotional learning period was not completed. – If you cancel a class after a week of the beginning of the class, there is no refund. – No class cancellation or class change is possible if the class is opened with 3 or fewer students. |
