Textbooks
We select textbooks for your level and goals, with in-house materials to support your needs.
Levels 1–3 use Sogang Korean; Level 4 uses Sogang or Seoul National University Korean after a placement test and consultation; Levels 5–6 use Seoul National University Korean.
Yonsei Korean and teacher-prepared materials support grammar. Levels 2–4 may also use Seoul National University and Sogang materials as needed.

1A: Hangul, pronunciation, verbs and the four basic skills. 1B: tense practice and everyday conversation.
Level 2 · 2A / 2B
Sogang Korean
2A: systematic everyday speaking built on the basics. 2B: everyday conversation using reading, writing and tense expressions.
Level 3 · 3A / 3B
Sogang Korean
3A: intermediate conversation to express ideas and opinions. 3B: discuss interests, experiences and opinions in greater depth.
Level 4 · 4A / 4B
Sogang Korean / Seoul National University Korean
4A: deeper discussion of politics, economics and history. 4B: preparation for advanced speaking, writing and vocabulary.
Level 5 · 5A / 5B
Seoul National University Korean
5A and 5B: varied writing tasks and advanced conversational expressions.
Level 6 · 6A / 6B
Seoul National University Korean
6A and 6B: in-depth advanced Korean study.
Level 7 · 7A / 7B
Lessons use teacher-prepared materials, with no textbook.
7A and 7B: the highest level, using teacher-selected news, dramas, videos and material on politics, economics, society and culture.
TOPIK
Past exam questions and in-house materials are used. TOPIK II intensive courses provide in-house materials; no separate textbook is required.
Special Courses
Special courses use in-house supplementary materials and textbooks suited to the student’s goals.
